I was born as a restaurant child. My parents had a Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai restaurant for almost 30 years.

This gave me a unique upbringing and perspective of the world. I saw life through service to others. Life at Nanking Restaurant was about providing a service that was special enough for patrons to come back. Sure, the General Tso's Chicken was good, but my parents taught me that the way you treat others always returns its way back to you.

That's why I've always about honest expression and communication. In my work, relationships, and dance, I believe clear messages allow for true innovation, relationship-building, and solution-based strategies.
